1- Assemble lithium battery pack
2. Connect the protection board B-
Connect the B-thick wire of the protection board to the total negative pole of the battery (B-
Wire - fixed thick and short wire) to make good contact.
3. Wirin
As shown in the figure: the black line on the far right of the cable is BO, BO is connected to the total negative pole of the battery, the second cable B1 is connected to the positive pole of the first-string battery, and the third
The cable B2 is connected to the positive pole of the second series of batteries, the fourth cable B3 is connected to the third series of batteries, and so on. Note: Before connecting the cable, be sure to
Disconnect the cable from the board. There is no direct relationship between the wiring method and the color, only the order is required.
Fourth, measure the cable outlet.
After connecting the cables, measure the voltage value between each two adjacent cables starting from the metal head of the black BO cable. The polymer (ternary) battery is charged.
Voltage should be less than 4.20V (recommended between 4.15-4.20V), lithium iron phosphate battery voltage should be less than 3.6V (recommended between 3.4-3.6V),
After checking, insert the cable.
Five, measure the protection board
Use a multimeter to measure whether the total voltage B- of the lower battery pack is equal to the output voltage C- of the protection board, and the protection board is working normally. If not
You can first check whether the wrong wire is connected, whether the single string voltage is in normal state, whether the series connection is in good contact, and then charging to activate, or short-circuit B-/C-
5 seconds, or re-plug and unplug the cable can be activated.
6. Connect the negative pole of the charger and the negative pole of the load to C-. The assembly is complete!
The most basic requirements for lithium battery pack assembly and the working principle of the protection board:
1. First test the internal resistance of the single cell. 2. Test the capacity of the monomer. 3. Choose the right cell with internal resistance and capacity, charge it to full voltage and then reassemble
Pack. If it is not assembled according to the basic requirements, it is possible that the whole group is not fully charged, or the whole group is protected from premature power failure, because there are excessive single voltage,
Too low results in whole group protection. Note: The same voltage of the monomer is not the same as the capacity, internal resistance, and electricity, so it can replace the full assembly.
When the cell voltage of the battery pack is too high, it will not be fully charged, and if the cell voltage is too low, it will be powered off for protection. The protection board does not support series connection with the protection board.
